Morning activities help you to enjoy the richness of the day. We practice, asana, breathing, corrective exercises (understand your own body & movement), chanting & healing, incorporating partner and group activities. You can join for 1 week or a few weeks.
Bookings are required with a 20% deposit at least 1 week in advance.
Locations: Caulfield Dojo and Carlton Neighbourhood Learning Centre.
Participants are asked to bring their own mat/towel/blanket to practice on and a small hand towel.
