Oki-do Yoga’s approach is holistic.

  • environment (caring for self and others, including nature).


On retreat we practice all these things through activities such as yoga movement, breathing, healing practices, meditation, chanting, cooking and more. Meals are Macrobiotic food. Retreat is an opportunity to study holistic Oki-do yoga & healing.

When coming on retreat you can transform Oki-do Practice into daily life. Enjoy nature, share & study together. Please bring walking shoes/runners, towel & bedding.
