Our Activities are a syntheses of Indian Yoga, Chinese Tao & Japanese Zen, developing ones flexibility, strength and creativity. In class we combine movement & shiatsu for self and others. The aim is that each of us has joy and peace in our life, connect with self and others, nature and spirituality.
