Cost: $55 per session (includes all food prepared on the day).
Oki-Do yoga and healing is a holistic practice and diet is an important aspect of this. We can learn more about diet through macrobiotic and Oki-Do diet cooking classes. Three classes in October focusing on rice including rice balls, brown rice and Inari sushi. Three classes in November focusing on food to help with digestion and the enzymes in foods, great advice and food to help with sugar and alcohol in the festive season. Booking is necessary.

Seated Yoga:

1:30 - 2:20pm, Wednesdays in Mornington
$19 per session
Ideal for people with stiff bodies and good for office workers and people who do a lot of computer work. Yuko will show you simple Yoga movements that can be done while sitting on a chair. Appropriate for any age or level of fitness. So you can do movement on a chair, if you can't sit on the floor.

Please bring a small towel and wear comfortable clothing.

Booking is necessary.

Private Cooking Classes also available (for 3-6 people). Basic cooking technique, basic macrobiotic and Japanese cooking classes available
